Rosso Restaurant

Turning a restaurant into an attractive, stylish destination comes with its own challenges but the results can look amazing.

Featured Project

The Problem

Rosso is a stunning, vibrant Italian Restaurant in Spring Gardens, right in the heart of Manchester City Centre.

The owner wanted the “wow” factor created by the installation of Christmas Decorations externally and internally but it’s a very large restaurant on a very busy road junction open from midday until midnight.

The Challenge

How to create a breathtaking display of Christmas decorations, inside and out and install them without disrupting the day to day working of the restaurant.

The solution

Fortunately, we have completed many such installations with the same or similar restrictions.

Our solution is simple; we work when the restaurant is closed.

By starting the internal decorations at 1am, when the restaurant was closed for business, we were able to transform the restaurant in a matter of hours.

Once the footfall and traffic outside had also dies down, around 6am, we could start on the external lighting. Using a second team to install the external decorations which consisted of a large Christmas bow and a ribbon across the frontage of the restaurant, we used two cherry pickers and 6 staff to ensure we competed the job on time and on budget.

By 11am the following morning the place had been transformed.

The outcome was amazing, we had a constant stream of onlookers taking pictures of the display all through the Christmas period and our client was very pleased with the outcome as it meant his restaurant was always full throughout the Christmas period.
